And life is HARD in some parts of the world, where getting a glass of water requires long walking through rugged, risky terrain.
How many times haven’t we witnessed the loss of innocent lives, especially children, who die helpless from water scarcity?
How often do we hear of poor fellow humans succumbing to diseases that would be treated if there were medicines?
But medicines, as well as crops, take water!
And water is THIN ON THE GROUND of Andhra Pradesh, India.

The Water-Well project allows us to communicate with whoever comes to the well to draw water. In fact, we say whoever in the sense that anyone from that particular village or the surrounding areas will come to get some water. This opens up a door for us to talk and then to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
This is not an end for the conversation because the people would come over and over again, or every day to draw water.
One of the women who came to the water-well once said this:
"Our gods doesn't give us anything, but this god gives us water, isn't that something.
Isn't this a great testimony? This opens up the door to communicate and share about Christ.
